Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Promotes corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, talent management, and facilities management services. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 2. Bridge manaement and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. 3. Manage the recruitment and selection process. 4. Nurture a positive working environment. 5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. tailored training programs and courses. 6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. 7 Nurture a positive working environment. 8. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 9. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. 10. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 11. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. 12 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. 13. Implement the QMS as defined by the manual and related procedures. 14. Obtain and communicate customer requirements to the appropriate personnel or functional organization. 15. Ensure that qualified personnel and other resources are available to implement the QMS. 16. Ensure that products/services satisfy customer requirements including quality, safety, cost, schedule and performance. 17. Ensure that personnel comply with applicable laws, regulations, specifications, standards and documented procedures. 18. Suggest methods to improve work processes. 19. Perform 5s in th work area. 20. Supports Company Mission, Vision and Goals. 21. Report to work daily and promptly. 22. Implementation of Business Social Compliance Initiative.
